Defective item received

I just received my Hero7 silver today and was excited to open. I turned the device on an noticed a dot on the lens. I tried moving on a different angle but it seems like it was on the lcd. How can I have it exchange? Note that this was a trade.I trade my hero5 session to Hero7 silver.
