[ New ]Bonjour,
Ma commande MP-03526024 (kit sports) datant du 15/06/2019 est toujours dans le statut "En attente", mais je ne sais pas en attente de quoi.
Quel est le délai habituel de traitement des commandes à cette période de l'année?
Est-ce que GoPro attend une action de ma part?
Est-ce qu'il y un problème avec cette commande?

[ New ]I returned my new (defective) GoPro 7 on June 12th and I am still waiting for my replacement camera to get shipped. Customer service has been full of misinformation. Go Pro representatives seem more worried about reading a script than being transparent and trying to help customers. I work in the education technololgy sector and have not seen service this poor in more than 20 years. How hard is it to send out updates via email to stay connected with your customers and let them know what’s gob.
