Can i connect GoPro Hero+ with micro hdmi to pc

Im gonna use my GoPro Hero+ as a webcam.. But can i?? Im maybe gonna do it with micro hdmi...

The GoPro Hero+ would seem to only have an SD card slot and a Micro USB port.  There is no video out port on the camera.  You will not be able to use this device as a webcam.
