CASE HERO 4

Boa Noite.
Adquiri uma GOPRO HERO 4 e estava muito satisfeita, porém os botões da caixa estanque estão enferrujando, por isso gostaria de trocar por uma Hero 6.

I am sorry to hear about the issues with your HERO4 Housing. If you get in touch with our Support Team they should be able to help you out with that. They will not however exchange your camera for a HERO6.

my case has not been resolved, because the product in question, despite being exclusive GOPRO, has more than a year. I would like to buy a current model, but if you have a problem after one year, I will not have any assistance, in this case I will look for another product that certainly is inferior to GOPRO, and I will not have the illusion that it will last more than a year.
