NEW PURCHASE, BROKEN HOUSING - GO PRO PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a go pro hero 4 and 1 week after getting it the housing clamp broke, therefore we could not use it on our vacation.
I have wasted so much time trying to get help from go pro - HOURS on the phone holding over a 2 week period trying to get someone to answer, night and day trying to get assistance on chat. This is ridiculous that I'm stuck with a BRAND NEW product that cannot be used as intended and cannot get SIMPLE assistance.
PLEASE SOMEONE FROM GO PRO CONTACT ME before my 30 day warranty is up!!
GoPro you need to step up for your customers!
