Good morning! I would like to know how I can request a change for warranty, less than a year ago I bought a go pro camera with the floating cane, and the case the top of the cane broke, it was out of nowhere I was not even using it, I do not know if it is a manufacturing defect or the plastics are of poor quality, Please, I would like an answer ! Thk

The item you have in the picture, the "cane" with the broken screw mount, is not a GoPro product. I suggest you reach out to the manufacturer or the store you purchased it from. For best results, always use GoPro mounts and accessories.
As far as the housing for the Session, GoPro Support will probably help you out with that.
