Battery Pull tab Broken

Hello.

 

I just removed one of the batteries from my gopro and the pulltab came off as I did so. This is quite disappointing given it's less than a month old and only been used a handful of times.

 

How do I go about getting a replacement battery?

Hi EJ,

The battery is not stuck. My concern is the replacement of the battery which I asked in my initial message.

I've also tried that contract is page before but it doesn't allow me to submit a request unless it's during business hours (when I'm working) and is quite ridiculous. Surely I should be able to submit a request regardless of time but only expect a rainfaw during business hours?
