A piece is broken on my 3 way arm tripod

I have a 3 way grip arm and there is a plastic piece that has broken where the GoPro attaches to.  Can I get a replacement of get this fixed.  I have original sale receipt.  This is less than a year old.

I have seen the treaded discussion on this topic, but it doesnt help me.  can this item be fixed or replaced? if so, how do I go about getting this done?

That website you gave me just sends me back to either chatting live again which gives me a notification there isn't a person available to chat or you can choose to call customer service which no one ever comes on the phone...WOW, big waste of my time. Not impressed with this customer service at all...wait, this isn't customer service. smmmhhhh

Did you ever get anywhere with this? I have the same fault, one of the arms broke on the tripod part and all I want is the new tripod section but it looks like I will have to just buy a copy on ebay then, GoPro Customer service needs a lot of work, chat that has someone to respond and a phone that someone answers! How about an email to service! great product let down by a bad attitude to replacement parts I don't expect it to be free but we can be the only 2 people in the world who have broken the tripod part!
