Order status unavilable from last 2 weeks

Hi, I have ordered Army 2.0 (3-Way Refresh) on 16th of April, which got shipped on 19th of April to Chandler, Az. Even after 2 weeks of wait time neither I have received my order nor I can see status of my order in system. Same message is coming from last 2 weeks. Attaching today's snippet for reference. Can you update me on my order status ASAP.

Hello, @plaha80. Are you still getting the same information on your end? We used the same link and details and we are able to get the tracking number information. It says that the package has already been delivered. See below:

thanks for the prompt reply. Yes I am still getting the same message but got confirmation on the delivery of the product.
