Rear screen not working.

Two weeks in and Hero 8 has faults, no rear screen, gets red hot, turns on by itself and won't turn off, eats battery faster than anything i've seen. Lost connectivity to i pad after 2 weeks.

Have paid off plus service, only  to find no answer and no chat service.

Have stated to think refund as looks like it's an expensive joke that's done quite well.

I think my Hero8 Black will only be good for photos.  I need a camera that will do 45 minute videos, not chapters that I have to pay a video editor on Upwork to put together.  I priced a DSLR though....$2k just for the body.  I think I'll have to go back to my iPhone for videos.
