I purchased my hero 8 in may, it's currently crashing and unusable,I've spent much of the last week trying to contact customer service. Have had I reply 6 days ago which told me I supplied incorrect phone number, supplied my information again and have had no contact since, very frustrating. Anyone able to help

I have had a painful experience myself. I have attempted to contact them but the chat functionality doesnt work(no associates to respond, apparently) and if you request a callback, you'll be waiting for a loooong time...
I have returned (for money-back)my goPro8 to the address that was provided to me, and now the postal company has attempted to deliver twice but had unsuccessful attempts. I am even more concerned now that the product isnt delivered.
