Hey Again,
I just spent some more time on this. All of my applications are up to date:
- MacOS Catalina 10.15.6
- GoPro Webcam 1.01.96
- Microsoft Teams 1.3.00.15561
- Zoom 5.0.2 (24030.0508)
Most of the support online seems to say "make sure your applications are up to date". Most responses seem to say " my applications are up to date".
The problem on my system is that I only see the FaceTime camera in Teams. Zoom works fine.
For me, re-installing Teams made no difference. However, erasing Teams before a re-install fixed the issue.
- Go to the applications folder
- right click teams app and move to trash
- Install Teams
Check in Teams settings and the Hero8 webcam is now available.
Hopefully that works for others also.
