Nearly all other manufacturer forums have moderators, who are employee representatives of the hosting entity who are not only responsible for ensuring that general decorum and proper edicated are used within the forum but also respond to and answer questsions specific to a product or service offered by the forum host. For example, Adobe has great forums with responsive and knowledgable moderators.
