Yep, having the same problem here. Literally wasted the last 4 hours trying to solve the problem. Tried every single troubleshooting solution, restarted a gazillion times. Formatted the SD card. Did a factory reset. Nothing working. I'm on High Sierra 10.13.6 and Hero 9 with the latest firmware (v1.5). Spoke to tech support but wasn't much use
Sooooo unbelievably frustrating!! Especially when you've spent decent money on this tech and you only want to do something pretty simple 🤷🏻♂️
