I purchased my Go Pro Hero 7 Black 5 months ago. Last week I've encountered a water leakage even if I used it on the shallow surface of the sea.I made sure that camera doors are properly closed,. I tried contacting support but wasn't able to reach, it says chat support is unavailable. My trip was ruined and haven't take shot for my travel vlog and right now experiencing bad customer access support. I hope someone can contact me on this email email@example.com. I tried the gopro.com/help but the chat support is always unavailable, is there any way I can contact them. My gopro 7 black is still the 1 year warranty. Hope someone can advise me what to do.

Not surprised. I am not even sure they have enough staff now .. with stock prive at where it is and competition where it is this is all saving money techniques. I had the issue with chat too
i wanna get Gopro 7 too but holding off just becasue of no customer or warranty support or getting any answers from them
