I placed my order on 13/03/2020 and still not processing yet.
Can you tell me please when finally I will get my camera?.
I've never waited so long for any online order.
I have not yet met an online store that has been processing the order so long.
Already contacted with customer service 3 times (no help), send messages to GoPro Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and no one answer me!
I am sorry for my anger in the post but I have never had such a bad experience.

Already contacted again and still nothing.
It's been six weeks since I placed the order
I get answer that was some payments error and I can make an order again.
But I lost my old camera which was in very good condition, still working fine and was worth £50 - £60
I was told I could get a chest wrap for free for my old camera
Unfortunately, I have the worst experience whatever I have had with buying anything.
Does anyone have any email to someone seated above or where can I report it?
In my opinion I was cheated

Please tell me how to do it??, I always hear the same answer:
"Sorry for the experience. There was a delay with us processing orders due to coronavirus"
I now people, that they get cameras within one week.
I will not speak anymore with Support Team because it is a waste of time.
I have not encountered such bad customer treatment yet.
