Transfert Cloud

Bonjour

Les Video et photos ne se transfère pas dans le cloud et reste dans l'application avec le symbole nuage en attente 

merci de votre aide

Hi @mickaelc7

 

Have you tried signing in and out of the account?

You may also try switching Mobile Upload OFF.

Close the app then relaunch it.

Turn the option back on and see if it will proceed with the upload.

Let us know how it goes.

Merci pour votre retour, j'ai donc essayé de me deconnecter de mon compte, de fermer l'application et de désactiver le transfert mobile.

-> Sans résultat, mes photos et video restent en attente avec le nuage cloud et rien ne se transfere

 

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi

@mickaelc7, the upload time is dependent on multiple factors, namely your network speed and the file size of your content. If you are using a wireless network, ensure that your device has a stable Wi-Fi connection.  
 
Note: To begin a mobile upload, your device needs at least 120 percent of the total file size of your upload available in storage. For example, if a content contains 1GB of data, your device needs 1.2GB available storage to start uploading. 

 

Mobile Upload runs automatically in the background, and the process will pause and resume as your connection availability varies, until all files are safely uploaded. When you’re in range, the thumbnails on the Media tab will start displaying icons, showing the status of your upload.  

  • CLOCK - Item is queued for upload 

  • CLOUD+UP - Item uploading 

  • CLOUD+CHECK - Upload completed 

  • EXCLAMATION - There was an error uploading  

 

Successful uploads will briefly display a checkmark. If an item fails to upload, it will be marked with an error icon, and we’ll try the upload again when your device is in range.

Mon appareil possède 10 go de stockage et j'ai 104 vidéo à transférer, soit 85 go mais aucune vidéo ne fait plus de 5 go.

Toutes les vidéo restent en HORLOGE depuis maintenant plusieurs jours ?
De temps en temps une vidéo est en EXCLAMATION et reviens en HORLOGE

@mickaelc7, though the process should automatically start when your phone is within Wi-Fi range, try the following accordingly to force restart the upload process: 

  1. Make sure that you're connected to the Wi-Fi network. 
  2. Disable Mobile Upload and Celular Upload (if enabled) in the app. Settings > GoPro Plus > Mobile Upload 
  3. Completely force close out of the app (from the Home screen, swipe up on the app's preview to close the app). 
  4. Re-open the GoPro App. 
  5. Enable Mobile Upload. 

  

The items in the App tab will start to queue up for cloud upload. Successful uploads will briefly display a checkmark. If an item fails to upload, it will be marked with an error icon, and we’ll try the upload again when your device is in range.

J'ai donc suivi les 5 étapes que vous m'avez suggéré, malheureusement sans résultat.

Ce soir je n'ai toujours aucune vidéo de transférer dans le Cloud !

Je commence sérieusement à douter de GoPro PLUS qui ne fonctionne tous simplement pas.

A 5,49 € par mois c'est inacceptable !

 

Que puis je faire de plus, à part me désabonner a ce service ?
