@jmlpiqueras, sorry for the delayed response. This is odd. We'd like to gather more details to help isolate the problem. Are you able to select these media files through Quik for Desktop or GoPro App > Cloud?
If you haven't yet, try again after clearing cache and cookies or using a different browser. You may also explore using an incognito browser to see if it makes a difference.
