Dateien werden in der Cloud nicht gelöscht!

Hallo ich bekomme einige ältere Dateien in der Cloud nicht gelöscht. Ansehen geht auch nicht. Nur ein blaues Kästchen. Wie kann das sein? Viele Grüße, Martin

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I have reinstalled the app, unfortunately no deletion of the old data. Also a deregistration and new registration online on the GoPro homepage does not cause a deletion. Before that tried everything and tried. Also a single deletion or groups delete does not work. Thanks for your help Martin
