WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED!? I cancelled my GoPro Plus subsciption and then was still charged. When I reached out to your support team they advised me to reach out to Apple. In doing so Apple kindly refunded me the charged amount. Then a few days ago I was charged a SECOND TIME!!!! YOU GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!!! DO YOUR PART!!!!!!
I've already emailed your support team with attached photos of my credit card activty showing the charge of $5.21 by "GoPro Plus 888-600-4659." As well as proof that I've cancelled my subscription and the great support I received from Apple. NOW DO YOUR PART AND LOOK INTO THIS GO PRO!!!! I SHOULD NOT BE GETTING CHARGED ANY LONGER.

Multiple people now have told me that there is no active subscription. That doesn’t change the fact that I’m somehow being charged $5.21 every month for a subscription I’m not even using. My problem is that GoPro keeps pointing the finger at Apple, who has already refunded me once for the first charge. Who’s responsible for the second charge, or any future charges made to my account for that matter!?
I spoke to Resly from the GoPro support team who never once offered a refund, he just told me to talk to Apple. When I assured him that I’ve already done so and that Apple kindly refunded me, Resly just said to talk to Apple. WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT IS THAT!?
