Anyone else having a problem with there videos not uploading to the cloud?

I cant get my videos to upload to the cloud. Shorter ones upload ok but I have 10 minute videos i have tried to upload via computer and all they do is sit there even when the upload progress bar is full. Eventually I just cancel it and then it auto logs me out of the website.Any help would be appreciated.

I am also having a problem with videos updating to my cloud account. There is no issue with my go pro seven uploading, but when I added my go pro fusion to my list of devices, it’s not adding any of those files up to the cloud at all.

Having issues with GoPro cloud service as well, like having to logout log back in to see my videos on my phone, GoPro Web and Quik not showing the same quantities of cloud videos, playing from locally stored files in Quik hangs it (not responding for over 2 hours), playing from the Web plays ok as long as I don't try to move the position slider. In that case, the spinning circles never ends and the video no longer plays.

also, is there a way to back the transferred footage from the camera to the mobile app?
