I've been trying to use one of the perks of being a gopro plus member which is the ability of exchanging a faulty camera (in my case, a gopro hero 5 black) no questions asked.
However, everytime I contact GoPro I'm being told that the gopro plus department payment system is down so they can't process my request. Any idea if this is going to be solved soon?
Also, the trade up your camera page is not loading. I'm not sure if this is also related.

Yes I'm being fed this utter rubbish also for the past month, I've had no email they promised explaining it will be open. why is so difficult, what is also odd is when attempting to make payment they will only take credit card and not a debit card but on their website they will.
gopro you need to pull your finger out as DJI are closing in fast.

Yeah same here man, it has been going on for more than a month and I'm afraid even after I ship my camera for the replacement it will take way too long for a new one to be sent it.
I keep hearing that "my patience is appreciated" but I paid for the gopro plus services and having a payment system down for almost 2 months is another huge problem.
