Hello @승욱이84864. What do you mean by the files having a cloud icon but not being able to find them? Does it mean you are not able to view them, or not able to find them using a different device or method of access?
Would you be able to tell if those files that are missing or not uploaded are huge files that they may have been chaptered?
How did you upload your media to the PLUS cloud? Which method did you use?
