My first Gopro and the Hero 5 is wow! but the support isn't. My problem is with inadequate support in the form of none for the Hero 5 on Windows phone, having all these wonderful capabilities is great but how do I access them?. This lack of attention to detail isolates a significant section of the cosumer base and has a negative effect on my satisfaction with the product. I don't mind paying extra for a quality product and was going to purchase the Karma Drone when they become available again but now thinking of looking elsewhere. Gopro used to be justly proud of the focus and thought they put into their products however they seem to have taken their eye off the ball here. A snake oil salesman has no loyality to their customer but a quality producer realises that loyality works two ways and considers their end users requirements. So Gopro, is it snake oil or Rolls Royce?
