Hello @graysand33036

Sorry to hear about the trouble. How are you saving the videos? Are you saving them without sharing, or choose from the other options such as Share Link, Send File, or Instagram Stories? The best option would be to just save without sharing on Android. You can go back again later on your phone's gallery and share the video again or make the upload later on.

In addition, below are suggested steps to clear the issue out:

  • Change the video style
  • Modify a little something in your project
  • Pause the preview to let it load
  • Make your video a bit shorter
  • Close, reopen the app and restart your device
  • Free up memory by closing all other apps
  • Free up space on your device (if the app crashes at 100% by a "save to photos" it's probably because you don't have enough space)
  • Update your device to the current operating system
  • Last resort: try to make a clean install BUT be aware that your videos in Quik for mobile will be deleted so make sure you save them to your camera roll first. However know that videos uploaded online are still there. Clean install can help, especially after an update.

I hope this helps Let us know how it works out.

Thanks,
Marius

Hi @graysand33036

What video editing software are you using and is there any error code/message?

What camera are you using?

Thanks,

Hi @graysand33036

Thanks for getting back to us.

What version of Quik do you have installed?

Have you tried making some changes to the video? Like adding or removing a picture/video or changing the video style?

Thanks!

Ej
