"we're sorry but something went wrong" When trying to re-subscribe

Hi,

 

I used to have a subscription. Cancelled it but now I want it.

 

I can't re-subscribe. When I click on 'Re-subscribe' It takes me to a payment page. I input my payment but I keep getting the "we're sorry but something went wrong" message followed by an email telling me my payment method has been updated.

 

Doesn't make sense?

SOLVED:

 

Don't click on the banner in the account section.

 

Go to the main GoPro website, click on Free Trial. That takes you to a completely different payment page.

 

From there, follow the steps and it'll work.

Glad you found a way to make it work.
Where what this "re-subscribe" button? Can you send us some screenshots? was that on browser or app?
