Yes, all payments distributed by GoPro are exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, tariffs and other governmental charges. Award Recipients will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, interest and penalties due. International Award Recipients may be subject to withholding taxes, which will be deducted from their payments.
