@omarqm87, do you see cloud icon on the thumbnail of these contents on Quik for Desktop? If not, this means that the media files are not yet uploaded to your GoPro Plus cloud storage. 

 

Quik for Desktop will automatically import media from a camera connected to the computer and upload imported media to your GoPro Plus account. In order to set up Auto-Upload, you need to navigate to the settings of their Quik for Desktop application and check the "Automatically upload media to the cloud" box.

 

 

Once the "Automatically upload media to the cloud" box is checked, any footage imported into Quik will upload to the cloud. If this box is unchecked, no footage imported into Quik will upload to your Plus account. There is no option to manually upload footage from Quik to the Plus cloud account. However, this can be done from your account on GoPro.com.
