Have media that shows on the app tab of the iphone app, has the cloud symbols in the upper right hand corner. Shouldn't the media automatically upload to the cloud? I believe i have everything set up.

Thanks for reaching out. Ensure that you're logged in to the GoPro App using your GoPro account associated to Plus subscription.
Mobile Upload (enabled through Settings > GoPro Plus) runs automatically in the background, and the process will pause and resume as your connection availability varies, until all files are safely uploaded.
- CLOCK - Item is queued for upload
- CLOUD+UP - Item uploading
- CLOUD+CHECK - Upload completed
- EXCLAMATION - There was an error uploading
Successful uploads will briefly display a checkmark. If an item fails to upload, it will be marked with an error icon, and we’ll try the upload again when your device is in range.

The fix for Quik for Mobile app crashing when adding a photo is now available on Google Play Store. Please install the latest version of Quik App (or update to it). After updating, clear cache on the app (phone) settings (just clear cache and not clear data) & restart your phone.

Media sat in the app and would not upload to my plus account. Today, I switched on cellular upload, and it burned through my data and uploaded nearly everything that had been sitting there for a week and a half. Why does it not upload that quickly at home on my wifi?

@wandrews530, I find it odd that the app will upload the files via Cellular data but not through Wi-Fi. I just tested on my end and all footage uploaded when my phone was connected to the Wi-Fi -- had to ensure that mobile device was constantly connected to the Wi-Fi and not getting disconnected after a specific period of time.
To further isolate the problem, see if connecting to a different Wi-Fi network will make any difference. You may also check for any application or system application (e.g. firewall, internet access blocker) in your mobile device that could be preventing the app. Also, you may test this out on a different mobile device if available.
