Re: ios 13.3 can’t save to photos
[ New ]hey guys,
mystery solved
In my iPhone Photos app there is an album sync'ed from an old computer called "GoPro Album" in the "From My Mac" category of "Albums"
Ppl on the internet says that these sync'ed albums cannot be modified on the iPhone.
Therefore, the GoPro app could not save to the "GoPro Album" album in Photos.
I googled a work-around to delete the sync'ed "GoPro Album" album from my iPhone.
and voila! videos and photos from the GoPro app could be saved to Photos no problem.
thanks for trying to solve this problem.
Perhaps the GoPro app should be updated to gracefully handle this situation or at least display a more meaningful error message.

Re: ios 13.3 can’t save to photos
[ New ]Hi @riceman7,
Have you tried unpairing and pairing the camera to the app?
After that try to download it again.
Also what is the exact settings that you used?
All photo should be compatible to your phone.
And for the video try to record a video using this settings.
1080 60FPS.
Let us know if that will work.

Re: ios 13.3 can’t save to photos
[ New ]The photos (from video frame) and video (1080p 60fps) have been downloaded from the camera to the GoPro app and I am able to view them from the app.
I’ve tried deleting the GoPro app and reinstalling it with no success.

Re: ios 13.3 can’t save to photos
[ New ]We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'd like to gather more details so we can help you best. Which version of the GoPro app is installed on your iPhone XS? The error message on the image that you have sent does not say anything about photos. Are photos also not shareable to your phone's native Photo application? If available and accessible, see if other phones will allow such a transfer of media. Let us know what you find out. Thanks!

Re: ios 13.3 can’t save to photos
[ New ]The GoPro app version is 6.4.1 (3460).
Attached are screenshots of the photo (downloaded to GoPro app) that I tried to save to the native Photos iOS app.

Re: ios 13.3 can’t save to photos
[ New ]Hello!
Only one thing comes to mind:
- Did you give access to the GoPro App for Photos [Read/Write] when you installed it and accessed it for the first time?
If it doesn't have OS Permissions, the app won't be able to export your data, BUT it should display this error "We Can't Access your Photos".
Let me know if this works,

[ New ]I recently started using Itunes to sync Photos to my iMac
Is there a known issue with doing that?
