アプリでタイムラプスの動画化ができないのにも関わらずiosへファイル転送後、goproが自動的にSDカード内のファイルを削除しました。

アプリから共有や保存をするとファイル名が書き換えらて正しい順番で動画化することが困難です

iosデバイスから画像データを元の状態で取り出す方法を教えてください

If you just transferred the content to your phone only, the original files should still be on the SD card. You should be able to plug the SD card into your computer and retrieve the original files.
