Thanks a lot for the screencast and sorry for the trouble.
The new iPhones - Xs, Xs Max / Xr - went out after 5.0 was released so for now they are not fully supported - There are some crashes on Xs and Xs Max and also and you get the default error message on 4K import. This will be adressed in a 5.0.1 update coming soon.

I have just tested a 4K/60 recording and I was able to download it to an iPhone6.
Kindly verify the settings on your camera again.
You may also try uninstalling the app, install it again then see if this makes a difference.

Will try today again with the settings, just woke up where I am. But just tried to reinstall quik and now it just crashes a a few seconds after opening the app. I mean for example, even just the 4K recorded by the iPhone cam doesn’t work with Quik.

I even did it with 4K/30. Also 4K/24 doesn’t work
