Hi all, I’m looking for some assistance, I’ve backed up a load of photos from my iPhone & camera to GooglePhotos, and now I want to use Quik to make videos of each day of our holidays, using the media from GoPro+ And then from the GooglePhotos backup.
When I try to compose a video, my only options to pull the media from are GoPro+ and the iCloud, but no option to pull them from GooglePhotos. From reading some of the posts, it appears that others are able to do this?
It seems like it should be viable to do.

@spryflare367, if using an iOS device, you can import videos from iCloud. You can find more information about this here: https://gopro.com/help/articles/Question_Answer/How-can-I-import-the-video-files-from-my-GoPro-into-...

Thanks for the response
Is that the only option?
Was hoping there'd be a an option to use services such as Google Photos, Amazon Photo's, Drop box etc.
It just means more work of having to move the photos onto the Mac to then be backuped to iCloud, and storage is already scarce on the macbook.

@spryflare367, at this time, direct import from Google Photos to Quik for Mobile on iOS devices isn't available. If you have files in your Google Photos storage that you want to add to your video project in the app, you may have to download them first into the native photos app in your mobile device or iCloud-sync the files to iDevice (on your Mac) before you can add them to the app.
