huawei Tablet M2 and Phone huawei p7 not compatible with Capture [ Edited ]

Hello my new HERO SESSION 5 is not compatible with my phone and tablet Huawei...

When I enter the Gopro password on the app, it loads, then asks for the password again. I also tried resetting the password but it just does the same thing when entering the new password.

(I tried with my old nexus tablet 7 , and it works.)

Could you help ?

Hello , do you have any update about this problem ?

I can't pair my gopro hero Session 5 with my huawei devices with android 5.1.1 (tablet mediapad M2 and phone p7), it is very problematic.

Turn off Bluetooth and then connect via WiFi, then you can activate Bluetooth again. For my Huawei honor 8 this works, I had same problem

Hello, can you tell me how you pair yours honor with hero 5 . My honor 8 is running on nougat and after update i cant pair camera with phone. Conection is succesfull but when you chose camera the wi-fi icon dont light on blue.
