I get connected with my hero7 black, but when I try to load the update the camera breaks the connection. "there was an issue..."
I have tried in two different home wifis and same result. The first update some months ago was successful (same home wifi), but the second brings me gray hair. When I choose "update later", the camera keeps connection and works properly.

Hello @nobleflame55231. Could you be updating through the GoPro App on an Android phone? If so, we recommend doing a manual update instead. The instructions are at https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/software-update-instructions-for-hero7-cameras , under Manual Update. There is currently an issue with updates via app on an Android device. The issue has already been reported to the team but no updates yet at this time.
