hero6 black works with wifi but cannot pair with my samsung 8+ bluetooth
[ New ]I cannot get my hero 6 black to pair with my Samsung 8+ bluetooth. Wireless is working okay and have been able to update firmware with no problem. When I go to my Samsung 8+ 'connections' > 'bluetooth' I can see the hero 6 (GoPro 2389) listed as an 'Available Device', but when clicking on it to pair, I get a message on the samsung 8+ screen that says, "Pairing not accepted by GoPro 2389".
I've read the setup instructions and information regarding connections here on GoPro, AND the internet AND Youtube ..., but yet I cannot find a solution for my problem.
Help, please,
Carl

Re: hero6 black works with wifi but cannot pair with my samsung 8+ bluetooth
[ New ]Hello @foggyflame48256,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Appreciate you going through the recommended steps. You may need to start over with the pairing process by prior connections, such as deleting your camera from Bluetooth devices, and the Wi-Fi connection, too. See if the steps to fix listed here will help clear the issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Marius
