hero3bl wifi app asking for previous owners password

I got a hero3black used. All works including remote control. I registered camera as mine with new name and password for my account and phone, pulled battery/reinstalled, updated SD card,made sure cam updated and shows full power. Followed online instructions. I go to app on phone and app searches but I have to scroll to hero3, tries to connect but always shows searching for previous owners name and still asks for his password (which of course I don't know). Won't take my new gopro registered password or new camera password. I am stuck. I've tried deleting and re-re-setting, pulling out batteries and so forth... arghhhhh!

Please reset the Wi-Fi anme and password on our website.

 

Please follow manual update steps and make sure to download Wi-Fi and Firmware update.
