I have recorded a short video in standard mode and one in action mode. Both with the gps tunrned on.

I download the video to my Iphone gopro-app, and I can´t use the stickers that needs gps.

What am I doing wrong?

What version of the app are you using?

Also, please make sure that your camera is up to date.

Hi. 
my version af the app is 7.3.1(4494) and i installed it just a couple of days ago, and my camera is new to me and the first thing i did was to update it.

How was the last update done?

See if a manual update helps. https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero9-black

Once done, reset the camera. Go to Preferences> Reset> Factory Reset

Make sure to save any important files before proceeding.

Do a test recording and see if the same is observed.

Also, make sure to turn the camera on from the Mode button.

Wait for the GPS icon before initiating a recording.
