got charged for app that wasn't working, never used

Hello GoPro fam, I subscribed to GoPro Plus and was hoping to do some work during its trial period in my visit to the Philippines but it is not being recognized by the website. It is still telling me to try the 30-day trial for the first 5 days of my excitement of wanting to use it.. But now, I received an email saying I have been charged its monthly fee after the 30-day trial which period when it never worked.. How, where, and who do I send this dispute?
