gopro does not stay on
[ New ]Trying to turn my goro session5 on and it keeps turning off befor I can toggle through the options. Can someone assist me please.

[ New ]@spoke1964, typically, the connection issue between camera and GoPro App can be resolved by resetting the Wi-Fi settings. Please follow these troubleshooting steps accordingly:
- Remove your camera entry from the GoPro App's history.
- Android: Open GoPro App. Press and hold the image of the camera and delete the entry from your camera history.
- iOS: Open GoPro App. Tap the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the Camera menu page. Tap the red X icon to delete the camera entry from your app’s history.
- Reset your camera’s Wi-Fi settings using the instructions here.
- Delete the GoPro camera under the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi entries in your mobile device’s settings before attempting to re-pair to your GoPro using the instructions here.

[ New ]@spoke1964, does Quik for Desktop able to recognize your camera connected to your computer? Are you getting any error message on the Quik application when importing the media from the camera? You can try the suggested troubleshooting steps listed here.

[ New ]Hello @spoke1964. The HERO5 Session only has at most 15 seconds (on idle mode) before turning off if no mode selection, navigation or recording is done. Try this, after you press the back button to power camera on, press it again immediately so you can go through the settings and options. Once you are able to navigate, try pairing the camera with a mobile device through the GoPro app so it will be easier to setup the camera for future use. Now the last iussue is the PC app, can't seem to get the app to download my media from the camera?
