I can not get the gopro app to work with my phone, Galaxy J7 Sky Pro,  is it not compatible with the app.

Can you help us with the following information: Camera version, GoPro App version, phone and OS version.

Please try to pair with the camera from the mobile device's Wi-Fi manager first, then connect to the camera's Wi-Fi in the GoPro App.

I can't even find the GoPro app in the plat store on my phone, tried to get it put on my phone from your GoPro web site but won't work.

@spryflare1537, what's the Android version installed on your phone? The GoPro App is only compatible with Android devices running Android 7.0 or later (Android tablets not supported).
