I dont understand why I can't view my photos en clips on the gopro app on my Samsung S8. When I connect them with the wifi I see maybe 70% of the pictures I took, the other pictures are just black. On the gopro4 itself I can watch hem perfectly, but not on the app on my phone. Does anybody else have this problem?
Would you know what resolution setting those photos/clips are in? We are trying to determine if there is a common setting for those photos/videos that appear as black. Have you tried viewing the files on a computer? Are they accessible through other media player? Also, do you have the latest version of the GoPro App on your Samsung phone? Let us know how it is upon checking on these items.
I have the same prob. When i took out mini sd card out and try @ pc its fine. But gopro aplication it is in black.i uninstall the aplication ... install back to get the latest version. It did not work. We need help
