I can't connect my new Samsung A50 to my Hero5 blk. I've seen messages online were others are having the same problem. Does anyone have a solution please? Gopro can you help - without the app it's not worth owning a Gorpo. I'm seriously considering dropping Gopro for good. The A50 is a new phone.
We have members confirming that after the latest Samsung updates, the connection went fine.
