I have spent an entire afternoon trying to get my new go pro to pair with the app which I down loaded today. will not do it. the camera name and password shos up but the app keeps saying it cannot find the camera. when I open my blue tooth it shows go pro and i pair it. But theres no way i can get any further than that. app keeps saying cannot find camera. so agreevating as I have a trip tomorrow for which I bought the camera.

Try the following steps:
- Delete the Bluetooth ID from your device settings
- Remove the camera from the menu in the GoPro App
- Forget the Wi-Fi on your mobile device
- Reset the Wi-Fi on our camera
- Lower the Wi-Fi band setting on your camera (HERO6 and Fusion only)

Thank you for the feedback. Which phone model are you using? We have recently observed that those using phone models with Android 9 (pie) are having trouble with connecting to the app but this is set to be resolved by a future update.
