There are two options on the GoPro Hero 4 black. One is a camera reset and the other is a Reset WiFi.
Make sure you select Reset WiFi.
Then try pairing your camera and app again. If you still get the "incorrect password" the problem may be with your device if you are using Android.
Pull down your top menu and select WiFi. In the WiFi list, delete/forget your GoPro connection.
There should be another tab on the top in your WiFi connections labeled "Advanced". Select the "Advanced" tab
In "Advanced", scroll down to "Manage Networks" and select that option.
In there you will see a list of all networks you have connected to. Select any/all references to your gopro camera by pressing them one at a time. From the pop up select "Forget". This will delete all the GoPro connection history and saved passwords.
Now you can reset your camera's wifi, open your app and try reconnecting to your camera. In the app, please select the option saying that this is the first time you've connected your camera to the app.
