Hey, I recorded a bunch of video on my Hero 7 Black but when I play them on my 10.5 iPad Pro they look choppy. They are recorded in 1080/60 with Protune off....any idea why? Is my iPad Pro to slow to handle them? Thanks in advance, cheers.

Hi @maxpower
Try copying the files to your iPad and see if it plays back fine.
For reference, you may check these articles:

Thanks!

That’s what I have done....I have downloaded the videos from my Hero 7 to my Photos app on my iPad. They just don’t appear to be smooth during play back. I also tried to record at 1080/30 to see if that would help but I get the same result. Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers.

Hi @maxpower
To isolate the issue further, try copying the files to a computer or a mobile phone.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
