Sorry for the confusion caused.
I have corrected the information.
To confirm, the files are not duplicated when saved from the app to your phone.

Taking advantage of this topic, yes it really doubles the use of ROM space of android (Internal memory), when we save the photos on the smartphone, because the first step it downloads, so we can view the photos in the application of the Gopro and in case we want to edit the photos, we will have to download on the smartphone, in my case it saves in this \ internal \ \ Gopro-Exports \ (Used Samsung Galaxy S7) \ internal storage directory. My question, so that you can help me with this topic in which directory it saves the Gopro app photos in the internal memory on Android?

@fagners84, the new process will not duplicate files on your mobile device - it will only transfer them from in-app folder to the next once the media contents are downloaded from the app to the native Photo app on your mobile device.

You do not understand me, it performs the transfer once to the application when it is transferred by the GoPro wifi taking up space in the internal memory of the smartphone, then when I want to save the application to the internal memory of the smartphone it saves more more time, so much that I I did a test, the photos saved on the smartphone in the internal memory I transfer to the memory card. Those pictures of the application were still there taking up space in the internal memory. I just wanted to know where this directory is in the internal memory when it is saved in the application. Since the GoPro application is quite limited to manage, and not having option to choose in an option to save to the memory card the photos and videos in the transfer by the GoPro WiFi.

@fagners84, the GoPro App is installed in your mobile device's internal memory by default. I reckon nothing much has changed in the app other than the download/transfer process of the contents. Anyhow, I've already raised this concern to our team and we are looking further into details here. We'll keep everyone posted with any update that we get as soon as possible.
Your time and patience throughout this process are very much appreciated.
I really getting the idea that you have no idea how it is, because you keep contradict yourself. Could you just ask someone competent, whou could tell us how it works?
@epicsand58723, our team is aware of this and we're looking for ways to improve the experience. We'll keep everyone posted as soon as we have any further information. I appreciate the patience.
