Version 5.2.2 ( 7880 )
I will successfully connect my Android to my GoPro Hero 5 black, download some photos to my phone, by selecting some photo in the GoPro app and choosing the download button. Then "Download Media" message appears with the logner message saying "Please don't change your WIFI settings or turn you camera offf unitl the copy is complete." Then it finishes and I get the "Done" message for each photo and the process appears to have worked. However there are no new Albums and photos in the Photos app. Did they really make it to the phone? If so, I should be able to find them even with the GoPro Camera turned off, right? but no such luck.
It seems that I have to go back to the Go Pro app's home screen click on the other button to select images have have now already been downloaded to the phone using the step above, then tap the curly arrow above to make them accessible in the Photos app in the newly created "GoPro Exports" album. This makes me think there are two places on the phone where the images are duplicated ( very bad ) . Could you please 1) confirm that this is NOT the case and 2) tell me how to combine both steps into one?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the app, @nicehero56804. Our team is actually aware of this and will be addressing it in future releases. Best regards!
