[ New ]Streaming a 360 degree FOV video to your phone is pretty intensive work on both the camera and your phone. To help maintain the connection I would do the following:
First, make sure you are using the recommended SD cards in your camera

Secondly, make sure you close any background apps on your phone that you are not using. The more programs running in the background the more likely they are to cause your phone to lose connection with the camera.
Thirdly, make sure your phone and camera are close together. The closer they are, the more reliable your feed will be.
And finally, check you local laws on operating electronic devices while driving. In many countries it is illegal to feed live images to your phone while operating a motor vehicle. This falls under the distracted driving laws and you could be fined for doing so. Please do not drive distracted and practise safe driving.
