Hello @spirypike37078. Are you trying to load your media through the GoPro App, Auto-upload, or through Quik for desktop? Which camera model are you using?
If you are having trouble viewing media through the GoPro App, please note that the app cannot view GoPro Media content from a GoPro camera until at least one picture or video has been taken from the GoPro App. There are steps-to-fix here https://gopro.com/help/articles/solutions_troubleshooting/Unable-to-View-Camera-Media-in-the-GoPro-A... that will help.
If this is not the case though, please walk us through the steps you are taking so we can assist you better. A screenshot of the error message that you are getting will be greatly helpful. Thanks!
